How to join the AesthetiCare Network


To become an Approved Stockist or Partner you will need to sign an agreement with us.

Simply download and read the policy document, then complete the contact form opposite. We’ll then get in touch with your personalised agreement which can be signed electronically and returned to us.

What is the AesthetiCare Network

AesthetiCare are implementing a selective distribution policy that will enable us to build a strong network of professional skin clinics and premium retailers selling the AesthetiCare brands and products. We’ll work with this network to help build their retail business, protect that business and maximise their return on investment. This network will consist of:

  • Approved Stockists
  • Approved Partners
  • Approved E-commerce Partners
  • Approved Distribution Partners

As one of our most valued customers, we would like to formally bring you into the AesthetiCare Network to enable us to build our relationship and the support that we provide to you.


Priority Products 

All of the AesthetiCare retail brands fall within the selective distribution policy (full list available in the policy document which can be downloaded above). However, to enable us to provide exceptional support to you, our customer, and to drive growth of retail brands within your business, we are focusing our marketing and promotional efforts on a core group of brands and products. Selection of these brands is based on the latest product developments, clinical data, research into consumer trends and needs and feedback from professionals. This ensures that we can maximise brand awareness and truly support retail sales within your business.

Our current focus is on the following leading brands and products:

  • Heliocare 360˚, Heliocare Color, Heliocare Advanced Spray
  • Endocare CELLPRO, Endocare Tensage Concentrate and Endocare C PURE Concentrate (NEW)
  • BiRetix
  • NeoRetin
  • NEWA (NEW)

Approved Stockists

AesthetiCare Approved Stockists will add to the value of the retail brands through consistent and high-level professional consultation, and guidance on the use of the products.

We will a marketing toolkit containing information and materials that will help Approved Stockists to use their knowledge and expertise to advise and influence their clients on the best products for them, and how to use them. To support this and build our relationship, we will provide our valued Approved Stockists with the following for our Priority Products:

  • Clear and simple online product training, and workshops periodically
  • FREE Marketing Toolkit: content, guidance and tips to help you promote the brand and products within your clinic and through your website and social media
  • FREE merchandising materials
  • Simple and rewarding loyalty scheme
  • Specific promotions throughout the year supported with marketing material
  • Professional telephone and email customer service support
  • Fantastic value, margins and return on investment

AesthetiCare Approved Partners have the infrastructure and desire to take the promotion of our Priority Products to the next level. As an Approved Partner you will have the ability to merchandise and retail all key products for your chosen brands. Our fantastic value partner packages not only provide you with all of the products and merchandising you need, but also in-clinic professional training and a comprehensive marketing toolkit that gives you everything you need to promote the brands within your clinic through the appropriate marketing channels.

In summary, as an Approved Partner you can expect the following benefits for our Priority Products:
